Refunds & Returns
At ORCA NZ we are very proud of our products and we are delighted that you have decided to purchase what we believe to be some of the world’s best swimming products. As we stand behind our materials and manufacturing, we promise to deliver you a product that is free of defects and of the highest quality.
If Winter Imports Ltd (owner of the website orcasports.nz) is unable to source the particular product you require, Winter Imports Ltd will contact you, and inform you of the general date of availability. If you are unhappy with that, Winter Imports Ltd will provide a refund of the money paid for that order.
We guarantee a money back refund if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Products will need to be returned to Winter Imports Ltd in their original condition and packaging and the Winter Imports Ltd packing slip. Notification of a return needs to be made to Winter Imports Ltd within 5 days of receipt and PRIOR to returning the product.
Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges. Any courier costs you incur to return product to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error.
We regret we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any products listed on this site once the product has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item is no longer sale-able for its original full price.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Orcasports.nz and would like to return your entire or partial order for an exchange or refund, please contact us, bearing in mind the above statements. Provided your items are less than thirty days from purchase, like new and in saleable condition, this process will be painless. Please provide a description of your return and proof of purchase.
Defective products
If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us within 5 days of receipt for exchange or a refund at that time. Please contact us and advise us of the problem. We will inform you of what needs to be done to arrange the refund. We aim to achieve the best customer service levels.
