Further, by continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Winter Imports Ltd reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check the current terms and conditions. Winter Imports Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Winter Imports Ltd but paid for, will receive a full refund.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax - if the GST rate changes, Winter Imports Ltd reserves the right to immediately amend all prices accordingly). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Your contract with Winter Imports Ltd begins when you have fully paid for your order.
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorised or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or customer services may call you on the phone number provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorised or illegal activity.
Winter Imports Ltd remains the owner of the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you on dispatch.
Winter Imports Ltd has the right to cancel any orders without notice if payment has not been received in full within 3 working days.
While Winter Imports Ltd has endeavoured to display accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be 100% accurate.
Winter Imports Ltd and its suppliers attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing products detailed on this site. However, Winter Imports Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Winter Imports Ltd itself is not as described, or does not perform as described your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense.

Winter Imports Ltd reserves the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.

Complaints:
Winter Imports Ltd will undertake to handle a complaint fairly and competently. We will keep you informed either by telephone or email at each stage and will endeavour to fully resolve your complaint within 72 hours.
