We will always replace a wetsuit that doesn’t fit correctly.
Having the correct size suit and the most fun in the water is our biggest priority.
If you are in any doubt about sizing for your body type, call us or place a comment at the checkout page, such that any suits ordered with prior knowledge of a possible sizing issue we will include a return courier ticket at the same time. Suits that are ordered from our european central wearhouse and not subject to these terms. ORCA NZ has the final right to refusal in special circumstances. We will alway do everything we can within our means to resolve any issues.

Contact us with a detailed explanation of which part of the suit is not fitting as you imagined.
Once we agree the suit is not correct for you we will send you another one / provide full refund.
